Case Study Definition
Case Study DefinitionA case study is a description of a real-life situation that has a real-life solution to its problem. It describes an event in time that challenges an industry or service or represents an area of the business that is offering products or services to a global market. The term case study originated from the style of graphic design where text is used to depict the visual representation of the entire document. Two factors make successful case studies effective. The first factor is a clear goal. The second factor is a realistic way to achieve the goal. The goal must be understood by the reader, but the goal should not be so easy that it is beyond the reach of the reader. If the goal is too great, the reader will not spend much time on reading it. They will move on to the next topic. They should also be clear about what the reader should accomplish. The reader should know that the ultimate result is the benefit they derive from the case study. The way to do this is to use a tool called 'grounding.' Grounding is the process of making the reader feel like they are a part of the situation. Grounding is a process of 'translating' the reader's feelings and emotions into a real-world scenario that makes sense to the writer. If the reader can understand your information without having to consider the need for it, they will have a need for it. You may be able to convince them that they need a book on how to make your own computer, but the reader will have a need for it.In order to make the need for a solution clear, you must identify the need. This requires you to be specific in what you want to say. It is very important that you understand how people think. It takes you a great deal of practice and intelligence to be able to empathize with people. This means that your case study will have to make sense. The last step in communicating the final goal to the reader is to demonstrate that the solution exists. You need to show that the reader can find the solution if they look hard enough. It is also possible to include a challenge, which gives the reader something to work towards.A case study is a powerful way to help the reader see a solution to their problem, in a visually expressed manner. A well-done case study can help them solve a problem, increase their knowledge, or make a change that benefits everyone.
